Politica de Devoluciones

Effective February 16th, 2026

This serves as a notice to all Refricenter staff and customers that effective, February 16th, 2026, Refricenter is updating the return and restocking fee policy on all returns that meet ANY of the following conditions:

• Returns initiated more than 30 days from Purchase Date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Returns of parts and/or supplies of greater than $1000 will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Returns of equipment of greater than $5000 will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
• No returns will be accepted after 90 days (3 months) from the purchase date
• No returns will be accepted for electrical parts and special orders.

The restocking fee will be applied on the corresponding Cash Refund or Credit Memo related to the return.
