COVID-19 Update
In order to safeguard our employees and customers against COVID-19 we need to avoid all kinds of physical contact. Effective immediately:
We will not allow customers to enter our warehouses, offices and inside of our sales counters except those that will be using our duct board cutting machines.
We will encourage our customers to call or email in their orders. We will call them back when the orders are ready to be picked up outside our warehouses and/or the loading docks.
Customers that walk in not knowing of this new procedure will need to be kept at a minimum distance of 6' (as we have been doing as of late) and follow the procedure detailed above
Dispatching of merchandise will have to be done contactless. Our employees will set the merchandise on the sales counter and/or dispatching counter, loading docks or outside by their vehicles and customers can pick them up.
Our delivery drivers will unload and leave the merchandise at least a 6' distance where our customers can then pick them up.
Heavy items (equipment) that will need to be moved with the help of our customers will have to be handled with the utmost care to maximize the distance between driver and customer.
